Dungarees.

Alongside many other sewing projects, I make dungarees out of scraps of fabric and old curtains, often in patchwork designs.

They are all unique pieces that promote sustainable slow fashion by being made from scrap fabric and being in a lose versatile fit. I also make commissions using fabrics that people often have a personal connection to, like fabric that has been gifted to them or old clothes from childhood or someone special.

My mum was a textile artist and I have grown up sewing and experimenting with textiles. I made my first pair out of some scrap fabric my Grandma gave me, which her mum gave her. My Grandma used this fabric to make clothes for my mum and her siblings. This pair of dungarees is now so special to me and many people commented on them so I decided to make some for other people. This include making some pairs for my sisters out of scraps of our baby clothes.

Some are available for sale at £150 each. Please don’t hesitate to contact me for commissions, to make a purchase, or for any other queries.
